Directions: For one 8 fl oz serving.
1. Heat 7 fl oz of whole milk until simmering.
2. Add 4 tbsp (1.5 oz) drinking chocolate, optional pinch of sea salt.
3. Whisk thoroughly.
4. Serve with fresh whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Ingredients: Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar.
